GREENVILLE, S.C. (April 14, 2017) – Rebecca Peacock, a senior journalism and mass communication major at Bob Jones University, serves as an intern this semester for the BJU Bruins sports information office.
Peacock, a resident of Rocky Mountain, North Carolina, assists the sports information director at Bruins basketball games. Her responsibilities include helping with social media, pictures, promotional videos, and post-game interviews.
“I have really enjoyed this opportunity to serve as a video intern and to work on several video projects to promote the Bruins,” says Peacock. “Having an internship in college prepares you for your future career and gives you great experience through what you learn along the way.”
