GREENVILLE, S.C. (July 5, 2024) – Paul Thompson, a senior business administration major at Bob Jones University, is completing an internship with Peery Homes in Greenville, South Carolina.
A resident of Simpsonville, Thompson has shadowed multiple individuals to gain insight into their work responsibilities. These opportunities included site visits to current and future jobs. He also communicates with subcontractors about estimates and calculates costs and material needs.
“The work atmosphere of Peery Homes is unlike any other company,” said Thompson. “They have amazing people. I have gained many valuable lessons and perspectives on the construction industry.”
