GREENVILLE, S.C. (February 20, 2017) — At the request of South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster, flags at Bob Jones University will be flown at half-staff through sundown today to honor the memory and public service of State Representative Joseph H. “Joe” Neal.
Representative Neal began serving in the South Carolina House of Representatives in 1993 and served until his death on Tuesday, February 14.
