(September 17, 2021) – South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster orders flags to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset, Friday, September 17, 2021, in official observance of POW/MIA Recognition Day. The South Carolina Code of Laws designates the third Friday in September of each year as POW/MIA Recognition Day.
