GREENVILLE, S.C. (October 6, 2022) – At the request of South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster, flags will be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Thursday, Oct. 6, in tribute to Master Police Officer Tyrell Owens-Riley of the Columbia Police Department and in honor of his selfless service, remarkable bravery, and supreme sacrifice in the line of duty.
