GREENVILLE, S.C. (September 29, 2015) – In a recent ranking published by Christian Universities Online, Bob Jones University ranked as the fifth most affordable Christian college/university in the United States.

According to CUO, the methodology behind this ranking began with schools that have been accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS), or the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU), or a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). We then ranked each of the schools according to publicly available “net price” tuition data. Average net price is defined as “subtracting the average amount of federal, state/local government, or institutional grant or scholarship aid from the total cost of attendance. Total cost of attendance is the sum of published tuition and required fees, books and supplies, and the weighted average for room and board and other expenses,” by the National Center for Education Statistics.
