Bob Jones University will host the musical group Fandango! Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in Founder’s Memorial Amphitorium.
Fandango! is an exciting mix of Spanish, Latin-American, Balkan, Sephardic, and classical sounds. The group, which consists of four noted virtuosi from Spain, France, Bosnia and Taiwan, have appeared on some of the most prestigious stages around the globe.
The group’s French violinist Blaise Magnière and Taiwanese cellist Cheng-Hou Lee have trained with the award-winning quartets from Juilliard, Emerson and Vermeer. Spanish flutist Eugenia Moliner and Bosnian Guitarist Denis Azabagic are a husband-and-wife duo who have performed in a wide range of premier venues and festivals.
“The ensemble creates a truly international musical experience. With flute, classical guitar, violin, and cello, Fandango! explores the rich traditions of cultures from around the world, blending exceptional musicianship with the energy and spirit of live performance,” says Nathan Pittack, associate producer of fine arts at BJU. “It’s a night you won’t want to miss!”
A preconcert talk will be held in Levinson Hall at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17.
