Joel Logan, a junior computer science major from Greenwood, South Carolina, is spending the summer interning with Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood.
During his internship, Logan works with the Data Analytics team, assisting with and learning about EPIC medical software used throughout the healthcare system. Through this experience, he is gaining exposure to data analytics in a corporate setting while developing skills that will support his future career goals.
“This internship is giving me insights into data analytics in a corporation,” said Logan. “Through it, I am acquiring a head start toward a full data analytics job down the line.”
