Meredith Pflug joined the faculty of Bob Jones University as an instructor in the Division of Accounting in the School of Business.
She holds a BS in accounting from Bob Jones University and is a certified public accountant with more than 13 years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance, and business operations.
Pflug has served as CFO and Chief Compliance Officer at Azalea Capital, a private equity firm in Greenville, South Carolina, and as a senior associate at KPMG, leading audit teams and training junior professionals. She has also presented financial information and results to investors and boards throughout her career.
She teaches Introduction to Accounting, Principles of Accounting, and Auditing this academic year.
“I am so excited to be here!” says Pflug. “I look forward to the opportunity to mentor students and bring real-world examples to the classroom to help prepare them for their futures.”
She and her husband, Chris, have four children.
