GREENVILLE, S.C. (January 26, 2018) – Mark Haxton, a junior communication major at Bob Jones University, serves as an intern for BJU’s Public Relations Department in Greenville, South Carolina.
Haxton, a resident of Bristol, Connecticut, monitors daily media, writes press releases, and assists with PR events.
“This internship is providing me an invaluable avenue into PR, allowing me to invest past educational knowledge in these new experiences.” said Haxton. “I have gained an acute awareness for understanding media events and a greater comprehension of the processes needed to conduct informed institutional PR.”
