GREENVILLE, S.C. (December 19, 2023) – The President of the United States has issued a directive to display the flag of the United States at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday, Dec. 19, as a mark of respect for the memory and longstanding service of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, on the day of her interment.
