Bob Jones University will commemorate its 100th anniversary during the 2026–27 academic year with a year-long celebration recognizing God’s faithfulness and looking ahead to the next century of preparing students to pursue a higher calling. Opening services will be held Aug. 24-26 at 7 p.m. in Founder’s Memorial Amphitorium. The webcast is available here.

The centennial website, 100.bju.edu, serves as the central resource for archives, feature stories, award recognition and information about the year’s events. The Bruins Shop will also offer limited-edition merchandise throughout the year. Event registration begins on August 26, 2026.

Highlights of the year include a full Concert, Opera & Drama calendar, the dedication of the renovated front campus space, Homecoming weekend in November and the Jubilate Deo concert in April.

“The centennial is an opportunity to reconnect with the people and stories that have shaped the University’s history and to reflect on the Lord’s continued work through its mission,” said BJU President Bruce McAllister. “We invite alumni, friends, and members of the community to join us as we celebrate this milestone and look ahead to the opportunities God has before us.”

Members of the Class of 2030 began their BJU experience during orientation activities on Monday, Aug. 24. Classes begin Wednesday, Aug. 26.

A complete schedule of events is available at 100.bju.edu.
