Discussing Warren and Jean Cook’s Retirement During AlumniLIVE!

by   |

We have a special podcast for you today for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that we published this episode as a video podcast during AlumniLIVE! which is an online gathering for alumni of Bob Jones University.

We thought it would be fun to bring you into my office to give you a behind the scenes look at how we record Highest Potential.

Some of you are new to our podcast so I want to let you know how you can stay connected to us. You can find and follow Highest Potential on your favorite podcast apps like Apple Podcasts and Spotify. We publish a new episode weekly during the semester and have had some great discussions with some amazing people.

Last week, we were able to talk to Erin Jones to get an update on the Museum & Gallery, so I encourage you to check that out. We will also be releasing a great new episode featuring BJU grad and governor of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson. We discussed his faith, his time at BJU and his journey to become the governor of Arkansas — be sure to give it a listen.

The second reason this is a special podcast is because I’m joined by two longtime music faculty members who will be retiring at the end of this semester. Warren and Jean Cook have been at BJU since 1980 and have had a tremendous impact on many, many students here at BJU. I wanted to share their stories with you today.
