The Museum & Gallery has always been an important part of Bob Jones University. As an initiative of Dr. Bob Jones Jr., M&G has grown exponentially over the course of its history.

In 1998, Erin Jones became the director of the M&G. Erin has worked hard to make M&G more accessible and educational to the surrounding community and is currently overseeing an exciting transition. Erin joins me in my office to discuss M&G’s mission, its current status and its future plans.

I also want to let you know of our plans for next week. We’re excited that the BJU Alumni Association will be hosting AlumniLIVE! next Tuesday, April 20. This event is a great opportunity for alumni of BJU to connect virtually with the University and other alumni. One of the events planned for that day is a video broadcast of our next podcast episode where we will give you a behind-the-scenes look at our recording setup in my office. We will also talk to longtime music faculty members Warren and Jean Cook. You can learn more about AlumniLIVE! at BJUAlumni.Live.

In addition to that episode, we will also publish a conversation I had with BJU grad and governor of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson. I discussed with the governor his faith, his time at BJU and his journey to become the governor of Arkansas. You won’t want to miss it.
