Introduction to Divine Design

by   |

Today in our chapel series that begins and runs throughout the semester, our series is entitled Divine Design: Biblical Manhood and Womanhood. This is a really important study we’re doing. And it actually started last year in my conversations with our student leaders about where our student body is, where our culture is, and the questions and the answers that are needed to be able to help our student body really live out biblical lives.

So the series begins today. We’ll study things, for example, like identity, sexual identity. Biblical manhood—What is a man? What is masculinity? Femininity—What is a woman? What should she be like? Where does this fit in our roles in marriage and in ministry? What is the right relationship between men and women? Singleness. All kinds of different questions and answers we’re going to give from the Scriptures. And so, today, we really build the foundation, and that is the answer comes from God’s Word as Jesus goes back to original intent. And that is the basis for Divine Design: Biblical Manhood and Womanhood.

So, please join us. You can go to bju.edu. Watch it online and webcast. And then go to today.bju.edu, and you can get a downloadable PDF form for the messages and the studies that we’re doing here on campus at BJU. Thank you.
