GREENVILLE, S.C. (June 11, 2024) – Shelby McDonald, a sophomore culinary arts major at Bob Jones University, is completing an internship at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe in Greenville, SC.
A resident of Fountain Inn, McDonald works in the prep kitchen, on the line and in the bakery. She prepares ingredients for inclusion in numerous dishes and baked goods.
“Don’t ever be afraid to go after your dream,” said McDonald. “If God gave you a skill, then He wants you to use it for His glory.”
