GREENVILLE, S.C. (December 20, 2017) – Leah Reynolds, a senior communication disorders major at Bob Jones University, serves this semester as an intern at Grove Elementary School and Skyland Elementary School, both in Greenville County, South Carolina.

Reynolds, a resident of Graham, North Carolina, works with the Speech-Language Pathology Department at these schools to give speech therapy sessions, both in articulation and language therapy. Some of her responsibilities include creating lesson plans and interactive activities for the students.

“My internship has given me an in-depth view of what it is like to be a speech-language pathologist,” said Reynolds. “This experience has created in me a love for children who need someone to help them along their path of life.”
