GREENVILLE, S.C. (August 6, 2018) – Josiah Wiggins, a senior sports management major at Bob Jones University, served as an assistant coach intern this summer for the Princeton University Men’s Basketball Team in Princeton, New Jersey.

Wiggins, a resident of Hammonton, New Jersey, drafted documentation, scouted potential recruits and served as the team camp director reporting directly to the Director of Basketball Operations. Other duties included coaching during various elite camps and presenting a plan to increase student attendance at home events to the Princeton Athletics Marketing Staff and team personnel which will be implemented during the 2018-19 season.

“This experience has been amazing and has truly allowed me to experience what it means to belong to a Division 1 basketball program. I have spent the last two summers with the Princeton Tigers staff and each one of the coaches has significantly impacted me personally and my career, says Wiggins.” “I am blessed to have worked with one of the best staff in the industry. They have allowed me to take on a lot of responsibility after being here for only a short time. I know that the lessons I have learned, the wealth of basketball knowledge I have acquired, and the connections I have made while here will greatly impact the success I hope to see in my future career in basketball.”
