GREENVILLE, S.C. (April 13, 2020) – Haven Zakaria, a senior accounting major at Bob Jones University, serves as an intern at KPMG in Greenville.
Zakaria, a resident of Fairfax, Virginia, is interning with KPMG’s audit department. Not only does she travel to various clients’ sites and work with multiple audit teams, she also assists with compiling information, consulting with clients and making decisions based on the clients’ financial and ethical positions.
“The opportunities and hands-on experience I have received from this internship are invaluable and have caused me to see my field of study in a completely new perspective,” said Zakaria. “All the hard work in the classroom is coming together, and I am beginning to see the big picture of accounting through this experience. I am so thankful to the Lord for providing me this amazing opportunity.”
