GREENVILLE, S.C. (February 27, 2023) – Emma Mukenschnabl, a senior health sciences major at Bob Jones University, is completing an internship with the BJU Human Performance Laboratory.
A resident of Darien, Illinois, she is conducting a research study on the correlation between physical activity, sleep quality, and mental well-being in undergraduate students at BJU. After conducting interviews and data analysis, she will make recommendations for improving mental well-being.
“My internship is offering me first-hand experience in behavioral research which will be extremely beneficial for my future,” said Mukenschnabl. “I am learning so much about this field and am gaining confidence in my abilities as a researcher and also as an employee.”
