GREENVILLE, S.C. (October 26, 2018) – Bob Jones University will host the annual High School Festival and Preaching Conference Monday, Oct. 29, through Thursday, Nov. 1, on the BJU campus.
“For over 45 years, we have held the the High School Festival and Preaching Conference and every year we are amazed by the talent of young people from around the country,” said BJU President Steve Pettit. “Our faculty do an excellent job coordinating the competition and encouraging participants to strive for excellence.”
Nearly 600 students in grades 9-12 from over 30 private schools and homeschool groups will compete in a series of competitions in music, art and design, speech and drama, culinary arts, video production and preaching.
In addition to competing, students will have the opportunity to visit classes and attend campus events.
