GREENVILLE, S.C. (March 15, 2024) – Bob Jones University will present its annual Living Gallery March 28-30 in Rodeheaver Auditorium. An Upstate Easter tradition, performances will occur March 28-29 at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. and March 30 at 2, 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.

For over 25 years, the Living Gallery program has illustrated the Gospel narrative through a production that combines original drama, special choral and orchestral arrangements and breathtaking live portrayals of classic artworks to celebrate the story of Christ’s resurrection.

This unique dramatic presentation traces God’s loving hand throughout human history and into the future. Paintings and sculptures “come alive” in life-size re-creations on the Rodeheaver Auditorium stage. This year’s program includes four new pieces of artwork and music including works from Getty and Townend and Joan Pinkston.

“Visitors will see and feel a range of emotions. There is beauty. There is rejoicing, but there’s also suffering, injustice, and difficult things,” says Erin Jones, the director of the Museum & Gallery and co-director of Living Gallery. “By including these elements that every human experiences, it makes it incredibly appealing for viewers.”

Tickets are $19.79 for adults and $17.70 for children (6–12) and may be purchased through the BJU Programs and Production box office by calling (864) 770-1372 from noon to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday or online through the ShowPass website.
