What steps is Greenville taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19? In this infographic, the City’s COVID-19 regulations are put into everyday language so you don’t have to weed through the legal jargon of the ordinance.
Central Business District Curfew
11 p.m.–6 a.m.
March 25–May 24
The ordinance does not apply to individuals going to work or those with medical emergencies. The ordinance will expire on its own after 60 days.
Police Enforce Social Distancing
March 24–TBD
Law enforcement is dispersing any congregation or gatherings of people in groups of three or more if they believe it poses a threat to public health. This order does not include a home or people working at a business.
City Parks Closed
March 23–TBD
City of Greenville Parks volleyball, tennis and basketball courts are closed until further notice. The City has already closed playgrounds and fitness stations. Playground equipment and courts are “high touch” and “close contact” areas.
