GREENVILLE, S.C. (May 26, 2016) – Tiffany Radle, a senior biochemistry and molecular biology major at Bob Jones University, is serving as an intern for Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Radle, a resident of Media, Pennsylvania, is working this summer in research by designing, conducting, and presenting a project under the direction of a faculty mentor. Radle’s research will deal specifically with endosomal protein trafficking and cell autophagy.

“After completing my undergraduate degree, I’ve been praying about pursuing a PhD that would allow me a career in medicinal research,” says Radle. “This internship will provide me with experience in full-time research which will help me determine if I actually like it and want to spend the rest of my life doing it as a career.”
