GREENVILLE, S.C. (December 13, 2021) – Sarah Balint, a senior political science major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with the Greer Heritage Museum in Greer, South Carolina.
A resident of Greenville, Balint served as the registrar. Her work included digitizing the paper catalog sheets into the system, as well as, accession of new artifacts. She helped research material for exhibits and coordinate events for the museum. Each day, she opened and closed the museum, greeted visitors and answered guest questions regarding the museum.
“I really enjoyed my history internship,” said Balint.“It gave me so much hands-on experience with all facets of museum work that will benefit me in my future career and give me a step above my peers.”
