GREENVILLE, S.C. (May 15, 2019) – Rose Zakes, a senior cross-cultural service major at Bob Jones University, will serve as a summer intern with Baptist Mid-Missions in Bangkok, Thailand.
Zakes, a resident of Fridley, Minnesota, will work with long-term missionaries to gain firsthand experience navigating life and vocation in a foreign country.
“This internship will round out three years of classroom knowledge about missions and let me see the practical, daily side of intentional, cross-cultural Gospel-sharing,” said Zakes.
