GREENVILLE, S.C. (December 22, 2017) – Anthony Amirikian, a senior elementary education major at Bob Jones University, serves this semester as a student teacher at Greenbrier Elementary School in Greenville, South Carolina.
Amirikian, a resident of Centreville, Maryland, has worked with a mentor teacher and written lesson plans, prepared learning materials, assisted students in their learning, and taught in the classroom.
“This experience has helped me grow professionally and personally,” said Amirikian. “My mentor teacher has helped me learn how to be an effective teacher and to make sure each of the students in our classroom has the best opportunity to succeed.”
