Minnick Wins Awards at Australian Music Competition

Greenville, S.C. (August 8, 2013) – Daniel Minnick, a resident of Cardwell, Australia and a 2013 graduate of Bob Jones University, recently received an Honorable Mention in the Australian Concerto and Vocal Competition, a national competition open to international competitors.

In addition, he received an Encouragement Award titled “Most Promising Pianist” and a cash prize.  He played the first movement of Beethoven’s “Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major.”

Minnick, who received his BMus in Piano Performance in May, is now pursuing a MMus in Church Music (piano principal) at BJU.
