GREENVILLE, S.C. (October 23, 2017) – Michaela Rosensky, a senior elementary education major at Bob Jones University, serves as a student teacher this semester at Armstrong Elementary School in Greenville.

Rosensky, a resident of Williamston, South Carolina, is gaining hands-on experience teaching 18 students in the third grade. Her responsibilities include creating lesson plans, managing the classroom, and teaching math, science, social studies, and English.

“Student teaching has been a phenomenal experience for me,” says Rosensky. “My goal in teaching isn’t just to help the students learn – I also teach so that I can learn from the students.”
