GREENVILLE, S.C. (November 29, 2021) – Lyndie Coulanges, a senior health sciences major at Bob Jones University, is completing an internship with Aramark in Greenville.
A resident of Haiti, Coulanges serves as the nutritionist intern at the BJU Dining Common for Aramark. Her duties consist of writing the special diet newsletter for students, organizing events for the students with special diets and providing a good experience in the dining common as they navigate various complications with foods in general.
“This internship is very valuable to me as it is preparing me for a future career in both public health and the foodservice industry,” said Coulanges. “I see this internship as the first opened door which will lead to many other great possibilities.”
