GREENVILLE, S.C. (March 28, 2022) – Logan Hilton, a junior criminal justice major at Bob Jones University, recently completed an internship with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.
A resident of South Gardiner, Maine, Hilton shadowed the Community Action Team, Criminal Investigation Division and the Special Investigation Division over a nine-week period. He assisted various individuals in these units who needed additional help. He also accompanied deputies and investigators as they performed their duties in the community.
“This internship has proven to be one of the best and most helpful experiences in preparing me for my future career. It has helped me grow and better understand law enforcement and the need for the criminal justice system,” said Hilton. “As a result of this experience, I was able to become better acquainted with some of the problems and issues of society I will be addressing in the future.”
