Law Enforcement Agencies to Hold Static Display at Bob Jones University

GREENVILLE, S.C. (July 13, 2017) – The Greenville community is invited to view a static display of law enforcement and military vehicles in front of Bob Jones Academy on the Bob Jones University campus Friday, July 21 from 9—11 a.m.

Law enforcement agencies participating in the event include the South Carolina Highway Patrol, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), the Greenville County Sheriff’s Department and numerous municipal police departments including Fountain Inn, Greenville, Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville and Travelers Rest.

Dr. Mike Wilkie, criminal justice professor at BJU, organized the event in conjunction with the University’s summer criminal justice camp.

The event is free and open to the public. Parking will be available behind the Johnson Residence Hall. To access this parking lot, enter the campus from the Wade Hampton Boulevard entrance. Go straight until you dead end in front of the Davis Field House. Turn right and the parking lot is immediately on your right.
