GREENVILLE, S.C. (October 3, 2022) – Kelsey Zirkle, a senior communication disorders major at Bob Jones University, is completing an internship with Firefly Therapy Clinic in Greenville.
A resident of Muncie, Zirkle, alongside speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists, primarily works with children who are nonverbal. She assists clinic staff with organization, visual aids and session plans.
“Through my experience, I have had so far, there has been one value that has been ingrained into my therapy and persona around the clinic,” said Zirkle. “Regardless of their situation, every child is deserving of the maximum amount of love I can give them.”
