GREENVILLE, S.C. (March 11, 2019) – Kathryn Corselius, a senior mathematics education major at Bob Jones University, serves as a student teacher at J.L. Mann High School in Greenville.
Corselius, a resident of Frederick, Maryland, is completing her clinical practice in the mathematics department. She will be teaching AP Calculus AB, Calculus Honors and Algebra 2 Honors. Each day, she observes her mentor teacher, works with students, grades papers and teaches lessons.
“Clinical practice allows me to apply three and a half years of classroom learning to help me grow in my professional skills under an experienced educator,” said Corselius.
