GREENVILLE, S.C. (August 14, 2017) – John Smoker, a senior engineering major at Bob Jones University, interns this summer at Eberspacher, a German company located in Greenville that supplies exhausts to BMW.
Smoker, a resident of Greer, was hired as a packaging engineering intern. His responsibilities consist primarily of designing packaging, constructing spreadsheets, and studying exhaust assemblies as well as working on the floor testing the durability of designs.
“The job is very rewarding,” says Smoker. “I thank the Lord for this opportunity to gain experience in this field, learn from the engineers around me, and for the blessing that it is to be able to honor Him in the work that He has given.”
