GREENVILLE, S.C. (October 2, 2019) – Jennifer Townsend, a senior Spanish education major at Bob Jones University, serves as a student teacher this fall at J. L. Mann High School in Greenville.

Townsend, a resident of Lexington, South Carolina, assists her mentor teacher as she teaches Spanish classes.

“Student teaching is an opportunity to use the knowledge and skills that I have learned over the past three years,” says Townsend. “Being at J.L. Mann offers me experience in my field of study and will help grow me academically and professionally more than any other learning opportunity that I have had up to this point.”
