Hundreds to Join BJU’s Annual Bible Conference

Greenville, S.C. (March 17, 2014) – Bob Jones University will hold its annual Bible Conference March 24-28.   Hundreds of guests from the Greenville community and around the country are expected to join the university family for the week.  Services will be held daily at 10 a.m., 1:30 and 7 p.m. except for Thur., March 27 when services will be at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

This year’s speakers include Dr. Gary Anderson of Baptist Mid-Missions, Cleveland, Ohio; Dr. Mike Harding of First Baptist Church of Troy, Troy, Mich.; Dr. Sam Horn of Central Baptist Theological Seminary, Plymouth, Minn.;  Dr. Les Ollila, former president of Northland International University, Dunbar, Wis.;  Dr. Gerald Priest, former faculty member of Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary, Greenville, S.C.; Dr. Bob Shelton, an evangelist from Greenville, S.C. and Dr. Charles Whitfield, a retired pastor from Birmingham, Mich.  All services will be webcast live.

Other activities throughout the week include a BJU Concert Band performance on the 25th at 3:30 p.m. in Stratton Hall, Parents’ Day on the 26th, Alumni Day and a Foundation Brass concert on the 27th at 11:30 a.m. in the Student Center Mall.

In conjunction with Bible Conference, the Alumni Association is hosting various class reunions Thursday.
