GREENVILLE, S.C. (September 11, 2019) – As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrorist attacks perpetrated on September 11, 2001, on the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and United Airlines Flight 93 which crashed in Pennsylvania, the President has issued a proclamation to display the flag of the United States at half-staff from sunrise until sunset, September 11, 2019.
