GREENVILLE, S. C. (September 11, 2020) – President Donald Trump has issued a proclamation to display the flag of the United States at half-staff on Friday, September 11, 2020, Patriot Day, in honor of the innocent people who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Accordingly, Governor Henry McMaster directs that flags atop the State Capitol be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Friday, September 11, 2020.
