GREENVILLE, S.C. (March 1, 2017) – Elizabeth Paris, a senior communication major at Bob Jones University, serves as an intern this semester for the Department of Social Services (DSS) located in Greenville, South Carolina.
Paris, a resident of Trafalgar, Indiana, shadows investigation case workers as they evaluate allegations made in Greenville County. Her responsibilities include accompanying caseworkers to interviews, assisting them with paperwork, and experiencing the wide variety of activities and opportunities in the life of a DSS caseworker.
“I am grateful to have this internship as I work toward discovering what specific path God wants me to take while following my passion to help struggling families and children,” says Paris.
