GREENVILLE, S.C. (March 25, 2015) — Dr. Tim Keesee of Frontline Missions was chosen recently as a finalist for the New Author category for the 2015 Christian Book Award. His book, Dispatches from the Front: Stories of Gospel Advance in the World, was published by Crossway on May 31, 2014.

Keesee, a Bob Jones University graduate residing in Taylors, was one of 37 finalists chosen by the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA). The Christian Book Award program serves to honor Christian publishing’s best book and Bible releases of the year. The top five titles in fiction, non-fiction, children, inspiration, and Bibles, which includes Bible reference and new author, make up the finalist pool known as the “best Christian books of the year.”

Winners in each category and the Christian Book of the Year™ will be announced on May 5 at the ECPA Awards Banquet in Nashville, Tennessee. The banquet will be held with the ECPA Leadership Summit.

Keesee serves as the executive director of Dispatches from the Front series. The DVD documentary series displays the church around the world and is narrated by Keesee’s journaling. Keesee is also the founder and executive director of Frontline Missions International.
