GREENVILLE, S.C. (January 9, 2017) – Bob Jones University will host a three-part Spring Conference series Feb. 13-17 featuring keynote speaker Ken Ham, one of the foremost experts on the Genesis account of creation.

Ham is the founder, president and CEO of Answers in Genesis, the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter.

The series kicks off Monday, Feb. 13 with the Creation Education Conference, where Ham will take an in-depth look at the book of Genesis and its impact on the Gospel and modern culture and present proof of a literal six-day creation. This conference, designed especially for teens and their families, will offer answers for crucial questions about faith and science.

On Tuesday, Feb. 14, Ham will keynote “The Church and the Battle for Biblical Creation Conference.” Hosted by the BJU Seminary, this conference is aimed to strengthen and equip pastors, youth leaders, church members and students for the battle in today’s society over biblical creation. Ham will be joined by members of BJU’s science and Bible faculties in addressing topics such as biblical worldview, the importance of the historical Adam, science and Scripture, and biblical creation and Christian higher education.

BJU’s annual Bible Conference, which will be held Wednesday, Feb. 15, through Friday, Feb. 17, will conclude the series. This year’s theme, “The God of Hope,” will feature uplifting music, challenging messages, and practical workshops that will direct hearts to the true source of lasting hope. Speakers include Ken Ham, BJU President Steve Pettit, and pastors from across the country.

All conference events are free and open to the public. Registration for the Creation Education Conference and the Seminary Conference may be found at stand.bju.edu
