GREENVILLE, S.C. (April 30, 2025) – Over 600 students will receive degrees at the 98th annual Commencement of Bob Jones University Friday, May 9. The two-hour program begins at 2 p.m. in BJU’s Founder’s Memorial Amphitorium (FMA). The service will be webcast.
“We are proud of each graduate who has worked diligently to earn their degree,” said BJU President Josh Crockett. “As they step into their respective fields, we trust they will be faithful ambassadors for Christ, using their knowledge and skills to serve and impact the world for His glory.”
In addition to the 450 students receiving bachelor’s degrees, 106 students will receive master’s degrees and 50 will receive associate degrees. Five candidates will receive earned doctoral degrees.
The main Amphitorium doors will open at 1 p.m., and guests are expected to be seated by 1:45 p.m. Tickets are not required. Guests seated in wheelchairs are to enter the tower doors for Aisle 3 (opposite the Student Post Office) or Aisle 11 (opposite Rodeheaver Auditorium). Parking will be available in the parking garage, Wade Hampton Mall lot and various smaller lots on campus.
