GREENVILLE, S.C. (April 8, 2019) – Bob Jones University will host nearly 2,000 students for the annual American Association of Christian Schools (AACS) national competition April 9–11.

“For over four decades, BJU has hosted the AACS national competition,” said BJU President Steve Pettit. “It is inspiring to watch young people from around the country showcase their talents as they compete for awards. We welcome the opportunity to serve Christian schools as they seek to provide a platform for students to develop their skills.”

Students in grades 7-12 from nearly 150 schools from over 30 states across the nation will compete in a series of competitions in music, Bible, art, academic testing, debate, speech, science fair and drama. BJU faculty and students staff and support the event.

In addition to competing, students will have the opportunity to visit classes and attend campus events.
