BJU to Host 45th Annual High School Invitational Tournament

GREENVILLE, S.C. (January 24, 2017) — Bob Jones University is excited to welcome 16 teams from around the country to compete in the 45th Annual BJU Bruins High School Invitational Basketball Tournament.

“This is a great event for us each year,” BJU Bruins Athletics Director Dr. Neal Ring said. “It gives the community a chance to see some great competition and allows us to showcase BJU to high school student-athletes. We’re looking forward to a great tournament.”

The tournament will showcase eight men’s teams and eight women’s teams from South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Michigan and Maryland over the course of three days (January 25-27). Over 175 student-athletes will be competing in the tournament.

The tournament will feature Bob Jones Academy (Greenville, SC), State Line Home School (Galax, VA), Creekside Christian Academy (McDonough, GA), Harford Christian School (Darlington, MD), Shiloh Hills Christian School (Kennesaw, GA), Tabernacle Christian School (Monroe, NC), Vandalia Christian School (Greensboro, NC) and Victory Christian Academy (Orlando, FL).
