GREENVILLE, S.C. (April 28, 2017) – Nearly 700 students will receive degrees at the 90th annual commencement of Bob Jones University Friday, May 5. The two-hour program begins at 2 p.m. in the Founder’s Memorial Amphitorium.
In addition to the 542 students receiving bachelor’s degrees, 86 students will receive master’s degrees and 60 students will receive associate degrees.
Four candidates will receive earned doctoral degrees. An honorary Doctor of Laws degree will also be conferred.
In lieu of a commencement speaker, 39 students will give a brief (1-3 minute) testimony.
Since its founding in 1927, Bob Jones University has conferred over 49,000 degrees.
