2014 BJU Yearbook, The Vintage, Dedicated to Dr. Bruce McAllister

GREENVILLE, S.C. (May 6, 2014) – The Bob Jones University (BJU) Vintage staff announced today the 2014 yearbook has been dedicated to Dr. Bruce McAllister for his lifelong  commitment to advancing the kingdom of God.

McAllister earned four degrees from BJU including a BA in Bible in 1977, a MA in Pastoral Studies in 1979, a MDiv in 1988 and a DMin in 1995.

Currently serving as director of ministry relations at BJU, McAllister previously served as director of ministerial training and outreach for over twenty years. Through his work, he taught and counseled thousands of BJU students preparing for the ministry.

McAllister has devoted his life to spreading the Gospel. Starting as a freshman, he became actively involved in outreach ministries. As a faculty member, he opened the door to the Gospel in a number of locations in Greenville County. and as a result of his initiatives a large number of BJU  students and faculty have become involved in the Greenville community.

McAllister is married to the former Ellen Gamble. They have four adult children.
